If your feeling like you are too heavy to do those old things that you find so easy before and now they seam like a full effort job just to go up or down the stairs, then do not worry there is a 3 day diet plan that is guaranteed to make you lose those unwanted fats in a safe and effective manner, this is not a magical one snap equals instant effect diet, it does not provide a drastic weight loss compared to those unhealthy starvation diets, but it does however gets rid of those extra pounds immediately after the third day of the diet plan.
Following this diet plan will ensure that you will trim down moderately and still keep you healthy enough so that you can still lose those unwanted pounds without fainting or vomiting or surgery, however this certain diet plan requires that you follow strictly the procedural and step by step approach without going over or under the limits of the plan for it to have the right results.

Breakfast:

Plan C: a humble cup of tuna, cauliflower and carrots with fresh melon for dessert with a half a cup of sugar free vanilla ice cream followed by coffee without sugar.
